Our 2-Year Warranty provides peace of mind for your custom decal purchase. If your decal experiences any of the following issues within 2 years of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost.

✓ What's Covered:

• Cracking – If your decal develops cracks from normal use and weather exposure
• Peeling – If edges begin to lift or peel under normal conditions
• Fading – Significant color fading beyond normal wear
• Adhesive Failure – If the decal fails to stay adhered to a properly prepared surface

📋 How to Make a Claim:

1. Take a clear photo of the damaged decal showing the issue
2. Email us with your original order number
3. Include a brief description of when you noticed the problem
4. We'll review your claim within 2 business days
5. Once approved, we'll produce and ship your free replacement

✗ What's Not Covered:

• Damage from improper installation or removal
• Intentional damage or misuse
• Damage from car washes with heavy brushes (touchless is fine)
• Damage from accidents, collisions, or vandalism
• Normal wear on edges from repeated cleaning

📌 Important: Warranty must be purchased at the same time as your decal order. One warranty covers one decal. The warranty period begins on the date of your original order.
