Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Coverage
Continental United States Only
We currently ship to the 48 continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:
- Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
- We'll work with the carrier to locate your package
- Replacement or refund will be provided for confirmed lost packages
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
