How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $49! Orders under $49 have a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Since our decals are cut to order, please allow:

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing (if selected at checkout)

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Installation

How do I install my back window decal?

1. Clean the surface - Use glass cleaner to remove all dirt, dust, and debris from your window
2. Position the decal - Hold it up to find the perfect placement before removing the backing
3. Peel the backing - Carefully remove the backing paper from your decal
4. Apply slowly - Starting from one edge, slowly apply while smoothing out air bubbles
5. Squeegee - Use a squeegee or credit card to press firmly and remove remaining bubbles
6. Let it cure - Allow 24-48 hours for the adhesive to fully bond before washing

Pro Tip: Install in temperatures between 50-90°F. Avoid direct sunlight or extreme cold during installation.

What tools do I need for installation?

For the best installation, you will need (see our detailed installation guide for more info):

• Glass cleaner and lint-free cloth
• Squeegee or credit card
• Utility knife or scissors (for trimming if needed)
• Masking tape (to help position larger decals)

Can I remove the decal later?

Yes! Our vinyl decals can be removed without damaging your window. To remove:

1. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the decal (this softens the adhesive)
2. Slowly peel from one corner at a 45-degree angle
3. Clean any remaining adhesive residue with glass cleaner or rubbing alcohol

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.

How long will my decal last?

With proper maintenance, our premium vinyl decals can be expected to last 3-5 years outdoors. Longevity depends on:

• Climate and sun exposure in your area
• How often the vehicle is washed
• Whether the vehicle is garaged or parked outside
• Following our recommended care instructions

What warranty do you offer?

All Patriot99 decals come with our 6-Month Standard Warranty:

• Covers cracking or fading within 6 months from date of purchase
• Free replacement decal shipped to you
• Simply contact us with your order number and photos of the issue

2-Year Extended Warranty Available: For added peace of mind, you can purchase our 2-Year Replacement Warranty at checkout when purchasing your decal. This extended coverage protects against cracking or fading for a full 2 years from your purchase date.

My decal arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with:

• Photos of the damage
• Description of the issue

We will ship a replacement right away at no additional cost.
