30-Day Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been installed or applied
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Sale items (unless defective)
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through our website with your order number
- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
- Refund is processed once we receive and inspect the item
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Choose replacement or full refund
